1. Information We Collect

Account & Profile

Full name, email, phone number, verification data (OTP), profile photos, vehicle and license details for drivers, and optional documents for KYC.

Location & Trip Data

GPS location for riders and drivers to enable pickups, drop-offs, and real-time tracking; trip history, routes, timestamps, and pricing details.

Payments

Payment tokens from our PCI-compliant provider, wallet balance, promo code usage, and receipts. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Device & Usage

Device identifiers, app version, IP address, diagnostics, and in-app interactions to improve performance, detect fraud, and support operations.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide core services: matching riders with drivers, navigation, trip pricing, and communications.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and manage payouts to drivers.
• Send notifications about ride status, promotions, and policy updates.
• Verify identity and maintain platform safety, including fraud prevention and dispute resolution.
• Operate analytics to improve reliability, routing, and user experience.

3. Sharing & Disclosure

• With drivers and riders: We share necessary trip details (names, pickup/drop-off locations, ratings, chat messages).
• Service providers: Payment processors, cloud hosting, communications, and analytics vendors under contractual safeguards.
• Legal and safety: When required by law or to protect users, prevent fraud, or address disputes.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and trip data for as long as needed to deliver services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Location data used for live tracking is retained only as long as necessary for trip integrity and operations.

5. Your Choices

• Access & update: Manage profile, documents, and payment methods in the app.
• Location: You may disable location sharing in your device settings, but core features (pickup, navigation, tracking) require it.
• Marketing: Opt out of promotional emails or push notifications in app settings or via unsubscribe links.
• Data deletion: Request account deletion by emailing Rideztohealth@yahoo.com. Certain records may be retained where legally required.

6. Security

We apply encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring, and least-privilege practices. No system is completely secure; report any concerns to Rideztohealth@yahoo.com.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
